Adult Fitness Programs

Adult Aquatics and Other Fitness Programs

NSEA Swim offers several aquatics programs and other fitness options for adults, including:

  • Water Aerobics - Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 10:30-11:15am

  • Water Walking - Tuesday, Thursday from 10:30-11:15am

The programs are free to the public, and there is no registration required! Programs take place at the Earl Jackson pool.
