Swim Lessons and Programs
NSEA Swim has partnered with the American Red Cross to offer lessons and programming year-round. Classes are either offered on the weekends for 8 weeks or daily over 2 week blocks in the summer in order to accommodate public pool hours.

Saturday Learn-to-Swim Program: NSEA Swim offers free group lessons for children and adults at the Earl Jackson pool two or three Saturdays every month during the off-season. We offer the following classes based on age or skill level, and these are held multiple times on Saturday to accommodate all schedules.

Littles and Loved Ones:
Weekday Lesson Program: Saturdays too busy? We also offer lessons on weekdays! In the spring, we offer 8 week sessions multiple times per week. In the summer, two-week sessions offer lessons every day.

Adult Fitness Program: NSEA Swim offers several aquatics programs and other fitness options for adults, including:
Water Aerobics: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 12:00 - 1:00pm
Water Walking: Tuesday, Thursday from 12:00 - 1:00pm
American Red Cross Certifications
NSEA Swim offers Red Cross certifications for both Lifeguarding and Water Safety Instructors yearly. Additional certification classes may be available upon request. To express interest, click on the button above and fill in a brief contact form. We will reach out when we schedule our programs.
